Leeds might not be the first place you think of for a decent vegan cuisine experience, but as Hugh Grant's character in a ridiculously fluffy flop of a rom-com once sang (poorly), 'don't write me off just yet'. I was there for two days, so barely any time to truly indulge and properly get to know the city itself, let alone the restaurants and cafes, but I did my very best to explore and sample where and what I could.
